When the bulk density of rigid polyurethane is 35~40kg/m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018g ~ 0.023w/(m.k), which is about half of EPS, and is the lowest thermal conductivity of all thermal insulation materials.

2. The rigid polyurethane board has moisture-proof and waterproof properties. The closed cell rate of rigid polyurethane is above 90%, which is a hydrophobic material, and will not increase the thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption, and the wall will not seep.

3. Rigid polyurethane fireproof, flame retardant, high temperature resistant. After adding flame retardants, polyurethane is a non-flammable self-extinguishing material. Its softening point can reach more than 250 degrees Celsius, and it will decompose only at higher temperatures: in addition, polyurethane will form on its foam surface when it burns. Ash, this layer of ash helps isolate the foam below. Can effectively prevent the spread of fire. Moreover, polyurethane does not generate harmful gases at high temperatures.
